What did Hitler provide for the Germans? jobs and a sense of patriotism

Hitler was always looking toward expanding Germany's borders. His motto became: "Today, Germany; tomorrow, the world."


Hitler's racism: Hitler had a personal hatred of the Jews and sought to exterminate the Jews from the world.

What did Hitler insist was happening through intermarriage? p 471 the Jews were corrupting the purity of the noble German race.

What did Hitler say about being a Christian? one is either a German or a Christian, you cannot be both

Hitler allied themselves with Italy and Japan to become the Axis Powers.

Soon all of the rest of the world joined to stop the Axis Powers in WW II.

 

Read p 472 & 473 and write a list of Italy and Germany's unchecked agression that caused WWII.

1.  Manchuria - Japan conquered and used it as a base and for resources  1931-1933

2.  China -   Japan conquered eastern China 1938

3.  Ethiopia - Italy conquered in 1935 defeated
                          emperor Haile Selassie I

4.  Rhineland - Germany invaded in 1935

5.  Austria - Germany annexed in 1938

6.  Czechoslovakia - given to Germany in 1938

7.  Albania -  conquered by Italy in 1939

8.  Poland - Polish corridor and the rest of Poland was carved up by Germany and the Soviet Union on September 1, 1939 starting WW II
