Patriotic Dress Rules: On Wednesday, during Praise and Worship, Teachers will select one boy and girl ( or same gender is OK), from each grade to participate in the Patriotic Dress contest. Class winners will then be asked to parade their costumes on stage Wednesday during the All School Assembly. Judges will vote at that time.
Who Wants to Win a $100 Contest Rules: Mr. Cap will select a student from the audience to ask a history question. If Mr. Cap doesn't know the answer, then the student gets a chance to draw from the sack containing (10) 5.00 bills and (1) 100.00 bill. Questions must be found in that grade level history or geography book. Students must have the question and answer and page # from which the question was obtained as proof of authenticity. Typical question would be " At what battle did George Armstrong Custer die?" Questions have to be designed for a one word or phrase answer " Battle of Little Big Horn. No dates, middle names, or quotes.
