Lesson Plans for Friday and Monday

Go to Oklahoma History web site click on 4th quarter, scroll down to Week # 5 and click on Mr. Cap's Grace Race Lesson Plans.  During the next two days you will be accessing Mr. Cap's history web sites to have the students write down notes or watch a video.  Click here for a quick LCD Remote tutorial.

Oklahoma History:  

Friday:                   Have students take down notes from Week # 6 on World War I.  
                          Tell Students about a quiz on Monday.  Afterwards you can watch video Carson and Cody

Monday:                Give quiz over Chapter 13  Start Wkbk p 108
                               Have students work on homework due Wednesday after quiz.  
                                Homework Internet Assignment   Wkbk p 109 , 110, 111, 112

Monday               In 2008 Sophs went to OKC on a field trip
                              Hand out Quiz Chapter 24  Collect Quiz and
                                                           start watching 1hr video on Saint Peter.
                               

8th Grade History:   

Friday                    Have students finish taking notes over the African American social reforms  then click on
                               the  Kennedy Years  Watch videos in lesson Miranda  Apollo 11  JFK  Castro

Monday                 Give quiz over  Chapter 21   Watch video From Earth to the Moon Already Cued
                                After Quiz have students work on Homework  Questions # 1,3,5,7,8 p 476 

7th Grade History:   

Friday                   Have students take notes on the  The Space Age   Then watch Apollo 11  JFK
                               After students take notes, hand out map of the Pacific Rim   Answers p 534. 
                                   Collect completed map, alphabetize and place in tray.

Monday                 Give quiz over Chapter 24 1st 1/2 and Cold War map
                                After Qz have students work on Hmwk  Questions # 5, 8, 10 p 502; 7, 8, 11, 12 p 516

U. S. History:          

Friday                    Have students take notes over the Eisenhower's 2nd Term 
                                                                            Watch U2 Vanguard  Segregation  Little Rock

Monday               Give quiz over Chapter 28 1st 1/2    
                                   Have students work on homework Map Skill page 627
