We will have our first chaperone meeting @ McDonalds on Turnpike,. At that time I will be going over the Itinerary, Policy and procedures, and exactly what is expected out of you.  I am very happy that you have taken the commitment to give of your time for the field trip.  The theme for the field trip that I feel the Lord would have us focus on is :   " MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR OPPORTUNITIES".

You will have several chances during the field trip to spend some quality time with your group members .  Hopefully this will be a rewarding field trip for all the students and that we as chaperones can help steer them in the right direction of ' making the most of their opportunities'.  If you have any questions call me at Home

One male chaperone and one female chaperone can drive their car. Other chaperones can ride in the car.
I need one chaperone on the bus with the driver (I'll take first shift to Turnpike McDonalds) so we can rotate that duty.
